Swedish Court Repeals Sterilization Requirement

The Administrative Court of Appeals in Stockholm has announced that the requirement in the Swedish Law that a person wishing to change gender marker must undergo sterilization violates the Swedish Constitution and the European Convention of Human Rights and must be repealed.
